Terms + Conditions

These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, and applies to all services directly made available online by SHE WHO GRINDS. No parts of our customized services should be modified, altered, or replicated by other entities, which are NOT solely in affiliation with SHE WHO GRINDS, and it's Owner. Appointments and scheduling are booked securely through the Acuity Scheduling website. Clients can access their account, appointments, or booking services through the internet and mobile devices, by confirmed appointment email confirmation, and text (sms) message if applicable. Payments (when applicable) for all services, are due at the time services are rendered and booked. Refunds, may be issued by SHE WHO GRINDS, at the time services are rendered, or in agreement, between the Owner and it's clients. All services MUST be booked online and through Acuity Scheduling, via our main booking page or when necessary, via a private link. Selecting a booking time, does NOT indicate or implement, same day services, or a designed date/time services will be completed. Please read each service description carefully, and refer to our e-mail acknowledgement of services, for further details and instructions. By accessing, browsing, and using the Acuity Scheduling website, you as the Client agree to the third party terms and agreements of this website, not necessarily of SHE WHO GRINDS. This may include and may not limit or exclude (mobile) website or any of Acuity Scheduling applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "Platform") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).
